Yangtze River Delta Token Operation Center Launches with Over 100 LLMs
The Yangtze River Delta (Jiaxing) Token Operation Center has officially launched in Zhejiang, China, offering a unified platform for enterprises to access over 100 mainstream large language models, including DeepSeek and Qwen. The platform provides centralized API access, token metering, billing, policy discounts, and security auditing. This government-backed initiative represents a growing trend in centralized AI infrastructure, helping businesses reduce the complexity and cost of deploying AI at scale. By offering unified billing and model routing, it lowers the barrier to entry for regional enterprises adopting generative AI. The platform can automatically match tasks with the most cost-effective model to minimize token consumption and costs. Its underlying infrastructure is powered by four computing centers in Jiaxing, each housing over 10,000 GPUs, operated by Alibaba, China Telecom, China Mobile, and Runze.
