Xiaomi Unveils Xuanjie O3 AI SoC with Hidden Silicon Easter Egg
Xiaomi has officially announced its next-generation self-developed chips, including the flagship Xuanjie O3 AI SoC, which features a microscopic 60-micrometer "OK" gesture engraved on the silicon. The chip is the world's first mobile processor to support the LPDDR6 memory standard and achieves an AnTuTu benchmark score exceeding 5.2 million. The launch highlights Xiaomi's growing capabilities in custom silicon design, positioning it to compete directly with top-tier mobile processors in on-device AI performance. The inclusion of the "OK" gesture showcases a classic engineering tradition of "chip graffiti," adding a human touch to highly complex semiconductor manufacturing. The Xuanjie O3 features a 10-core all-big-core CPU architecture, a G2-Ultra NX GPU, and a reconstructed NPU delivering 200 TOPS of tensor computing power optimized for the Xiaomi MiMo on-device model. Additionally, Xiaomi introduced the Xuanjie O100 AI accelerator with 1.22 TB/s bandwidth and the Xuanjie D100 smart driving chip.
## BACKGROUND
