vivo Previews OriginOS 7 Featuring Upgraded AI Assistant and Liquid Dynamic UI
vivo has previewed OriginOS 7 ahead of its 2026 Developer Conference, introducing an upgraded Blue Heart AI assistant capable of autonomous multi-step task execution. The update also features new liquid dynamic UI animations, an enhanced Blue River Smooth Engine, and an Atomic Workbench for parallel multitasking on single-screen phones. The release highlights the mobile industry's shift toward deep AI integration, where digital assistants move beyond basic voice queries to execute complex cross-application workflows. By connecting AI directly to core operating system capabilities, vivo aims to streamline daily user interactions into simple conversational commands. The upgraded AI assistant can invoke over 6,000 system atomic capabilities to carry out routines like automatically generating travel itineraries from saved notes, screenshots, and bookmarks. Additionally, OriginOS 7 includes an AI execution security architecture covering permissions and auditing, with the initial rollout targeted for the upcoming vivo X500 series and iQOO 16.
