UBTECH Opens World's First 10,000-Unit Capacity Smart Factory for Industrial Humanoid Robots

UBTECH has officially launched its super smart factory in Liuzhou, designed to produce over 10,000 Walker S2 industrial humanoid robots annually. Utilizing a "robots building robots" smart manufacturing model, the factory can roll out a finished robot every 10 minutes. This factory represents a milestone transition for humanoid robotics from experimental prototypes to commercial-scale mass production. By partnering with Siemens to build a dedicated digital manufacturing foundation, UBTECH addresses key bottlenecks in complex assembly and precision high-volume output for industrial applications. The Walker S2 features 52 degrees of freedom, a 15 kg payload capacity, a pure RGB binocular vision system, and proprietary autonomous battery-swapping technology enabling continuous 24/7 operation. It is powered by UBTECH's proprietary Co-Agent technology and BrainNet 2.0, integrating multi-modal reasoning LLMs and skill models for autonomous task planning and execution.
