Thunderobot has launched the AI Master M7000 mobile workstation in China priced at 24,999 RMB. Powered by AMD's Ryzen AI Max+ 395 processor, it features 64GB of LPDDR5X RAM and a 1TB SSD that partitions 85GB into a dedicated SLC-mode AI cache to execute up to 120B parameter MoE models locally. This workstation highlights the rapidly evolving landscape of edge AI hardware, demonstrating how vendors are combining high-bandwidth system RAM with dedicated SSD caching to process massive LLMs locally. It offers researchers and developers a self-contained mobile environment capable of running complex AI architectures without relying on cloud infrastructure.
