SAIC MG Launches MG 07 Pre-Sales Featuring Momenta R7 World Model
SAIC MG has officially opened pre-sales for the MG 07 electric sedan in China, starting at 12.59万元 (approx. $17,300 USD). The vehicle is the first to be equipped with the Momenta R7 World Model and the Xheart X7 dedicated AI chip for advanced autonomous driving. This launch marks the commercial integration of "World Models" (Physical AI) into budget-friendly production vehicles, bringing advanced autonomous driving capabilities to the mass market. It showcases how automakers are leveraging next-generation AI architectures to improve real-world driving safety and decision-making. Built on an 800V high-voltage platform, the MG 07 supports 5C fast charging and offers a range of up to 845 km. It also features an mCDC intelligent electromagnetic suspension with AI pre-scanning capabilities to detect road conditions up to 150 meters ahead.
