## BACKGROUND
Full-duplex voice AI models enable simultaneous listening and speaking, allowing users to engage in natural, real-time voice conversations without waiting for push-to-talk delays or manual wake-up triggers. ByteDance's Doubao assistant is one of China's primary generative AI services, and its integration into smartphones aims to deliver OS-level AI agent functionality.
