Over the course of the challenge, users experienced 14 days of quota resets alongside various continuous product improvements. This engagement campaign highlights OpenAI's commitment to continuous product delivery and user feedback accountability for enterprise-focused tools like Codex and ChatGPT Work. By tying feature delivery to usage quota compensations, the team established a transparent mechanism to maintain user trust during iterative updates. Third-party tracking data revealed that out of the 28 days, 14 included usage quota resets, with the final two days (days 27 and 28) fulfilled as pre-announced banked resets.
