Nubia NaviX Ultra Features 512GB Base Storage and CXMT LPDDR5X RAM

Nubia announced that all variants of its upcoming NaviX Ultra smartphone will start with a minimum of 512GB internal storage. The flagship device also marks the first commercial deployment of ChangXin Memory Technologies' 10,667 Mbps LPDDR5X DRAM. This partnership represents a major milestone for China's domestic semiconductor industry, demonstrating that Chinese memory manufacturers can compete at top-tier LPDDR5X speeds. High memory bandwidth and large storage capacity are essential for processing complex on-device AI tasks efficiently. Co-developed by ZTE and ByteDance, the NaviX Ultra integrates the Doubao AI assistant and is marketed as the world's first AI agent phone. The inclusion of CXMT's 10,667 Mbps LPDDR5X chips establishes a new benchmark for domestic mobile DRAM in mass-produced flagship smartphones.

## BACKGROUND

LPDDR5X is a low-power memory standard widely used in smartphones to deliver high data transfer speeds while optimizing battery life. ChangXin Memory Technologies (CXMT) is China's largest DRAM manufacturer, working to advance domestic memory chip production to compete with major global suppliers.
