Mercedes-Benz launched the 2026 long-wheelbase E-Class in China, featuring a newly priced lineup ranging from 42.38 to 50.98 million yuan. This model debuts the brand's first locally developed smart cockpit integrated with ByteDance's Doubao AI model. This launch represents a significant localization effort by a luxury foreign automaker to integrate popular domestic AI technologies for the Chinese market.
