Meituan has officially launched CatPaw, an all-scenario AI Agent platform that provides an out-of-the-box AI workbench and enterprise-grade agent hosting. The platform has already been deployed internally, covering 90,000 employees and hosting over 30,000 agents. This launch demonstrates a massive real-world deployment of AI agents within a major tech company, showcasing how agentic workflows can be integrated into daily operations. By embedding Meituan's local life service expertise, it provides practical templates for retail, marketing, and delivery operations. CatPaw supports cross-device synchronization between mobile and PC clients, autonomous multi-agent collaboration, and 24/7 cloud execution. It also features strict tenant data isolation, credential hosting, and options for private deployment to meet enterprise security standards.
