JD Logistics Unveils Upgraded 'Wolf' Warehouse Robots at CeMAT ASIA

JD Logistics showcased major updates to its 'Zhilang' (Wise Wolf) and 'Baomulu' (Nanny Wolf) warehouse robots at the 2026 CeMAT ASIA exhibition, introducing structural innovations, wireless power, and end-to-end unmanned sorting capabilities. These enhancements significantly improve picking speed and achieve fully unmanned sorting operations, pushing warehouse automation closer to complete labor independence in high-volume supply chains. The upgraded Zhilang features a rotary picking platform and wireless power supply operating in temperatures as low as -20°C, while Baomulu integrates dual-arm embodiment robots for automated box-handling and unpacking.

## BACKGROUND

Warehouse automation systems, particularly goods-to-person solutions and intelligent material-handling robots, optimize inventory management and order fulfillment in high-SKU and fragmented e-commerce environments. Embodied AI robots combine physical hardware with large language models to perceive and manipulate items autonomously.
