JD.com Launches AI Smart Helmet for Delivery Riders
JD.com's food delivery division has launched an AI-powered smart helmet for its riders, which will initially be distributed for free to full-time delivery personnel. The helmet features an AI voice assistant, optimized navigation routes based on experienced riders' data, merchant environment verification, and automatic parsing of order notes.
