ISHO Ring Smart Ring Launched With Titanium Body and AI Sleep Tech

ISHO has officially launched its first smart ring, the ISHO Ring, starting at 1,799 yuan with a Pro version priced at 2,199 yuan. The device features an integrated aviation-grade titanium body and advanced AI sleep technology. This launch introduces a new competitor in the smart wearable ecosystem, offering a form factor that replaces traditional watches and wristbands for continuous, non-intrusive health tracking. It highlights the growing trend of specialized health gadgets targeting sleep anxiety and precision physiological monitoring. The ISHO Ring packs 116 components inside an integrated titanium body with a double-ring assembly gap of just 0.06mm. It is powered by an Apollo 330B Plus chip, features 32MB of storage for 7 days of offline data logging, and integrates PPG, a 6-axis IMU, and skin temperature sensors for clinical-grade sleep staging.

## BACKGROUND

Smart rings are compact wearable devices worn on the finger that track health metrics such as heart rate, sleep quality, and body temperature, often providing better battery life and comfort during sleep than traditional smartwatches. Photoplethysmography (PPG) is an optical technique used to detect blood volume changes in the microvascular bed of tissue, commonly utilized in wearables for heart rate and blood oxygen monitoring.
