Huawei Launches Standalone Celia App and Xiaoyi Work on HarmonyOS PC
Huawei has launched the standalone Celia (Xiaoyi) AI app on the HarmonyOS PC AppGallery alongside the official release of Xiaoyi Work, a specialized AI office assistant. This transition shifts the AI assistant from an integrated system feature to a standalone application that can be updated independently. This update strengthens Huawei's native office ecosystem by providing users with advanced task automation, automated document generation, and cross-device collaboration between PCs, tablets, and smartphones. It highlights Huawei's ongoing efforts to expand the capabilities and market presence of its proprietary HarmonyOS platform. Xiaoyi Work uses a membership system based on virtual AI points and integrates with third-party tools like DingTalk and Feishu. The official release supports automated data analysis, presentation writing, and report summaries, generating usable Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents.
