Honor Unveils New Logo and Slogan to Mark AI and Robotics Transition
Honor CEO Li Jian officially announced the company's new brand logo, "Ring of Honor," and the slogan "Dare to think, dare to be different." This rebranding marks 508 days since the launch of Honor's "Alpha Strategy," highlighting its ongoing transition from a smartphone manufacturer to an AI and robotics ecosystem company. The rebranding reflects Honor's strategic pivot toward AI-driven hardware, including "Robot Phones" and embodied AI robots like "Lightning" and "Yuanqizai." This shift aligns with the broader mobile industry trend of moving beyond traditional smartphones to native AI agents and embodied intelligence. Under the Alpha Strategy launched at MWC 2025, Honor plans to invest $10 billion over five years, with plans to release a "Robot Phone" integrating AI, embodied intelligence, and high-definition imaging in 2026. The company has also partnered with camera maker ARRI to bring cinematic imaging technology to its mobile devices.
## BACKGROUND
Honor's "Alpha Strategy" is a multi-year roadmap aimed at transforming the company into a global AI terminal ecosystem provider. "Robot Phones" and "Agent Phones" represent the next generation of mobile devices, where AI agents can autonomously execute complex tasks based on user intent, shifting the user interface from traditional apps to direct intent-based interactions.
