## BACKGROUND
Hardware vendors are increasingly developing compact, localized enterprise devices designed to run private AI models directly on-device without full reliance on cloud servers. Silicon platforms like AMD's Ryzen AI Max+ and NVIDIA's RTX Spark integrate specialized neural processors and memory bandwidth architectures to meet the demand for low-latency local AI inferencing.
