## BACKGROUND
HKChat is a localized AI assistant and chatbot developed by the Hong Kong Generative AI Research and Development Center (HKGAI). The underlying YuE2 model is an open-source music generation framework designed for symbolic planning, zero-shot covers, and agentic music editing.
