Gigabyte Launches WRX90 AI TOP Workstation Motherboard
Gigabyte has officially launched the WRX90 AI TOP workstation motherboard, featuring the sTR5 socket, support for 8-channel DDR5 memory up to 2TB, and seven PCIe Gen5 slots. It also integrates an ASPEED AST2600 BMC SoC for advanced remote management. This motherboard provides high-end hardware infrastructure tailored for local AI development, deep learning, and heavy professional workloads. Its enterprise-grade features like 10GbE networking and IPMI support cater to professional workstations and server-class environments. The E-ATX board includes 32+3+3+3 power phases, six PCIe Gen5 x16 slots, one PCIe Gen5 x8 slot, two MCIO 8i connectors, and three M.2 2280 PCIe slots. It also features a robust cooling system featuring active fans for the VRM, chipset, and memory modules.

The AMD WRX90 chipset is designed for high-end desktop workstations utilizing Threadripper PRO processors, offering extensive PCIe 5.0 expandability and 8-channel memory.
