Deepal Announces L06 Zhuifeng Edition EV Featuring Intel AI Box and Carbon Wing
Deepal officially announced that the L06 Zhuifeng Edition EV will launch in October, featuring a track-inspired aerodynamic package and an Intel-powered AI cockpit. The vehicle introduces an in-car AI Box designed to bring PC-grade edge AI processing to mainstream electric vehicles. This vehicle brings PC-level edge AI compute down to the competitive 150,000 RMB mass-market EV segment, enabling localized AI models to execute on-device. By leveraging edge computing instead of relying solely on cloud AI, smart cockpits can offer lower-latency contextual services while preserving user data privacy. The L06 Zhuifeng Edition includes a real carbon fiber rear wing, front air blades, and side skirts capable of generating up to 1,000 N of aerodynamic downforce at high speeds. Its Intel-developed AI Box runs on-device large models that integrate vehicle sensor data to proactively predict user needs and execute AI agent commands.
