Chinasoft International and Moonshot AI Partner on Token Revenue-Sharing Model

Chinasoft International and Moonshot AI have signed a strategic agreement to co-develop enterprise AI agents using a novel Token revenue-sharing business model. The partnership will integrate Chinasoft's AllMeta platform with Moonshot AI's K2.7 Code and K3 models to target industries like energy and finance. This partnership introduces a commercial shift in the enterprise AI ecosystem by adopting a Token revenue-sharing model instead of traditional software licensing. It also accelerates the deployment of large-scale agentic AI in critical sectors like energy and finance using massive open-source models. Under the agreement, the two companies will establish an FDE Innovation Lab to build custom knowledge bases, fine-tune models, and adapt to domestic computing power for private cloud deployments. Additionally, Chinasoft will prioritize Moonshot AI's computing power needs through its own computing centers.
