Beijing Launches First Token Factory with 1.4 Trillion Daily Capacity
Beijing has established its first "token factory" in the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area, boasting a daily capacity of 1.4 trillion tokens. Additionally, the city has released China's first open-source agent common infrastructure to support AI development and One-Person Companies (OPCs). This infrastructure milestone significantly lowers the cost of AI model training and inference, accelerating the growth of the "Token Economy." By providing open-source agent infrastructure and subsidies, Beijing aims to foster a new wave of AI-driven solopreneurs and startups. The initiative features China's first AI data training base with a regulatory sandbox and specialized data zones for healthcare, aerospace, and autonomous driving. Beijing is also distributing millions of yuan in compute, model, and data vouchers to reduce operational costs for OPCs.
