Arcfox Alpha T7 to Feature Qwen-Powered Voice Ordering for Beverages
Arcfox has announced that its upcoming Alpha T7 electric vehicle will integrate Alibaba's Qwen LLM to support voice-activated ordering, enabling users to purchase beverages like milk tea with a single voice command. The vehicle is scheduled to begin pre-sales on August 26. This integration demonstrates how automotive manufacturers are leveraging large language models to expand in-car voice assistants from basic vehicle control to transactional lifestyle services. It highlights the growing trend of ecosystem collaboration between automakers and tech giants like Alibaba and Huawei. In addition to the Qwen integration, the Alpha T7 features a 17.3-inch 3K central control screen, a 1.1-meter wide Projected Head-Up Display (PHUD), and technologies from Huawei Qiankun, CATL, and Magna. The vehicle will be available in both pure electric and range-extended versions.
