As a major AI health assistant with over 100 million users, stability in Ant Afu's leadership is crucial for its ongoing partnerships with provincial health commissions and medical insurance bureaus. Formerly known as AQ, the app was upgraded to Ant Afu in December 2025 and has deployed 200 hospital smart agents in collaboration with multiple local governments.
