Alibaba Unveils Qwen Intelligence Mobile Solution, Debuting on Honor Magic9 Series
Alibaba has introduced Qwen Intelligence, a full-stack mobile AI solution featuring the industry's first system-level Agent Harness architecture. Co-developed with Honor, the solution will debut on the Honor Magic9 series launching on September 28, as well as the Honor Robot Phone. This partnership marks a significant step toward deeply integrated, OS-level autonomous AI agents in smartphones capable of executing complex cross-application tasks natively. It illustrates an industry shift from basic LLM chatbots to system-integrated execution engines that handle multi-step workflows on mobile devices. Powering Honor's updated YOYO assistant within MagicOS 11, the architecture enables executing multi-step complex tasks exceeding 100 steps with an 87% complex task accuracy rate and a 90% execution completion rate. The system natively integrates 700 tools and supports over 500 compatible skills across more than 40 conditional task triggers.

An Agent Harness architecture acts as a supervisory and infrastructure framework wrapped around a large language model (LLM) to manage perception, planning, tool usage, and memory control. Rather than relying on a raw chatbot interface, a harness enables autonomous agents to safely, reliably, and accurately execute sequential operations in software environments.
