Alibaba's Qwen Office Launches on Kylin OS, Expanding Native Support Across All Major Platforms
Alibaba has officially launched its enterprise AI agent product, Qwen Office, on the Kylin Software Store. With this release, Qwen Office now provides native adaptation across all major operating systems, including Windows, macOS, HarmonyOS, Galaxy Kylin, and UnionTech UOS. Native support for domestic Chinese operating systems like Kylin and UOS enables Alibaba to capture enterprise and government clients prioritizing localized software ecosystems. Within one month of launch, Qwen Office reached over 30 million users, with enterprise users accounting for more than half of the user base. Alibaba and Kylin Software collaborated to optimize core workflows, including system sign-on, device cross-connection, and skill execution for an integrated desktop experience. Kylin OS users can perform tasks such as sending DingTalk messages, summarizing group chats and meeting notes, scheduling, and generating AI spreadsheets.
