Alibaba's Qwen Launches 'Agent Teams' for Automated Multi-Agent Video Production

Alibaba's Qwen has launched "Agent Teams," a new feature that coordinates multiple specialized AI agents to automate the entire video production workflow from a single creative prompt. The feature supports Alibaba's Wan3.0 video generation model and is now available on both PC and mobile platforms. This marks a transition from prompt-based generation to autonomous multi-agent workflows in creative industries, lowering the barrier to producing complex content like short dramas and marketing ads. It demonstrates the practical application of collaborative AI agents in handling end-to-end multimedia tasks. The system assigns tasks to specialized agents acting as screenwriters, directors, artists, and video generators to handle scriptwriting, storyboarding, voiceovers, and music. Users can also customize their workflows using a canvas interface and various professional agents.
