Alibaba Launches QwenNote Eva, an 899 RMB Screenless Desktop AI Robot
During Alibaba's Apsara Conference, the company's QwenWork division officially launched QwenNote Eva, an 899 RMB screenless desktop AI robot. Powered by the Qwen LLM suite and deeply integrated with DingTalk, the device automates workplace tasks, handles meeting schedules, provides emotional interactions, and functions as a 65W GaN desktop charger. QwenNote Eva represents an effort by tech giants to bring large language model capabilities out of mobile apps and onto physical desks as dedicated workplace hardware. By connecting AI intelligence directly with enterprise workflows like DingTalk, it aims to reduce tool-switching friction and streamline daily productivity. The 700g physical device features a 3-axis motorized gimbal with 180° rotation, gaze and voice activation, and over 100 dynamic expressions powered by `qwen-audio`. For hardware utility, it incorporates 65W GaN fast charging with dual Type-C ports and magnetic wireless charging, supporting Android, iOS, and HarmonyOS devices via Bluetooth 5.4.
