Alibaba Cloud Qwen Office Launches AI Multi-User Workspace Generator
Alibaba Cloud has introduced a new feature called "Multi-User Workspace" within Qwen Office that generates collaborative web applications from natural language prompts. The system can automatically construct web pages supporting up to 100 simultaneous users to handle complex business workflows. Unlike traditional AI assistants designed for personal tasks, this feature target team collaboration across scenarios like event planning, school-home coordination, and retail chain management. It eliminates the need for expensive SaaS procurement or months of custom enterprise software development. Each generated web app includes four core capabilities: role-based access control, cloud databases, a backend management console, and one-click publishing. Administrators can continuously update business rules, access permissions, and data structures after deployment simply by conversing with the AI.
