Alibaba Cloud Lowers Pricing for Qwen3.8-Flash Model on Bailian Platform

Alibaba Cloud has announced a price reduction for its Qwen3.8-Flash multimodal large language model on the Bailian platform. The input price will decrease from 1.00 RMB to 0.80 RMB, while the output price will drop from 3.00 RMB to 2.70 RMB. This price cut lowers the barrier to entry for developers building high-concurrency applications and intelligent workflows using Qwen models. It reflects the ongoing price competition among cloud providers offering LLM APIs. Qwen3.8-Flash natively supports a million-token context window and is compatible with OpenAI and Anthropic API protocols. The price adjustment is scheduled to take effect on August 27.
